Maxi V-Neck, Tiered with Flutter Sleeves

Flowy maxi dress with flutter sleeves and open back. Elastic waistband so easy to size. I’m 5’3” and it was a little long on me but i still wore it with flat sandals. The top was a little big on me but with some fashion tape it would have been fine. Only wore once for family photos.
