Maxi bell sleeve dress

Size small. In the color black and tan. Top black half with bell design sleeves, lots of stretch, and modest appeal covering cleavage. Tan bottom half comes with silk-like lining and does not stretch. Dress fits above the ankle on a 5’3” person.
