Maxi blue floral dress

The back crosses to leave a small cut out in the middle of the back before the skirt starts. You can still wear a normal bra with it though! The top is cotton and stretchy which makes it nice and comfortable. However, the skirt is silky and flowy which makes the dress more formal than other cotton dresses. The skirt has elastic at the top as seen in the photos. Super cute and I received a lot of compliments on it when I wore it (pictured)!
