darxhabc @rlwiest it is 43" right now but since the straps are adjustable, it can go a few inches either way. But I must warn you if you do decide you're interested. One of the straps came off and are held up by a safety pin (as seen in picture three) but it doesn't affect the way the dress is worn at all. I would suggest wearing it with a cardigan if you end up being interested.

rlwiest LOL I forgot about it too. No biggie. I actually ended up buying one similar at Cache. I don't even want yo yell you how much I paid for it. It might make you cry. This dress is definitely a good deal for someone. Shouldn't take much for someone to do a little stitch work. It's beautiful.!
