Maxi dress

Button down collared maxi dress with see thru panel across the shoulders and bottom part of the dress. Measures approx 22 inches armpit to armpit; approx 57 inches from shoulder to hem, but the lining is only 37 inches from the shoulder. It has belt loops but no belt.
