Maxi dress. Smock waist, tier skirt, long sleeve, blue, comfortable

This dress is very comfortable. You can dress it up with jewelry or dress it down with sandals. I like the smock part around the waist, which is more flattering for a bigger chest that’s a full smock top. I am a size 12, 36C. This dress will comfortably fit sizes 10-14. I have loved this dress but need to make room in my closet. Smoke free, pet friendly home.
