Maxi dress blush/ floral xl francesca’s

One shoulder blush/ floral Maxi dress from francesca’s, brand new, never worn, still has tags! XL but fits more like a med/ large.l (8/10) Stretchy waist band.. 13 inches at waist but stretches to 20 inches...high/ low style maxi.. In the front it covers knees and is low in the back at the bottom- see pic. Paid full price. Has a liner.. so it’s not see through
