What’s the measurement of chest and waist and length for small and large

The size small measures: across the chest 16 inches, the waist is about the same as this has no defined waist. The length is 49 inches from the neck to the hem.
The size large measures across the chest 19 inches and in the waist is also about the same. The length is around 50 1/2 inches, again from the neck to the him.
This dress has a decent amount of stretch and we found that it could fit multiple sizes.

I forgot to add the measurements were done with the garment laying flat and measuring across the dress for the chest and waist measurements.
