Maxi dress in shades of blue

Elasticized halter top, empire waist, beaded neck tie. Size medium but design could certainly accommodate a S. I wore a short summer cardigan and wore this to work. It's only been worn and washed once. Bought from a boutique. It's cool in hot climates and doesn't wrinkle when packed.
