Maxi dress with a belt and a V-neck

Really pretty maxi dress under the armpit measures 20 inch across this has a cinched area under the bus line. It is a V-neck. The top of the straps are 2 inches across. They are not adjustable. This comes with a 2 inch belt that can be tied under the cinch area, or wherever you choose to tie it this does come with deep side pockets that are/pockets. The colors are very pretty. This is a very nice dress. This came from my boutique by C plus D plus M I cannot find any material tag, but it feels silky like a cotton polyester blend but mostly cotton. The length from the armpit down is 42 inches.
