Maxi dress with handkerchief hem! Worn once!

This dress is flowy, stretchy, and comfortable. Only worn once. Washed, and hung to dry. No imperfections noted. Petite small. I usually wear a medium, size 8 and fits me perfect. It has a handkerchief hem. The back panel is very stretchy. Smoke-free, Labrador-friendly home. Armpit to pit 16” but VERY stretchy Front shoulder to longest part of hem 53” Center back to longest part of hem 43” This is a petite size.
