Maxi dress with shorter front and longer back.

I’m 5‘3“, 118 pounds, 35“ x 25“ x 35“. I have to wear this with small heels so it doesn’t drag on the floor. This is size medium but I usually wear small or extra small and this fits me nice and snug.
