Maxi dress with teal floral bottom with a stretch

Top is stretchy, nautical navy and white (and a little fuzzy after the wash), bottom is teal floral. I’m 5 ft 3 and it skins the floor perfectly. Will fit from xs-med because of the loose stretch. Very flattering empire waist
