jenthedogoholic @missladypaula The bust is 13 and 1/2 in not stretched and 16 in stretched, because it's a stretch band. This is the measurement at the top, the next stretch line is right under the bust and that is 14 in not stretched and stretches out to 18 in. The rest of the material flows downward. the material that hits hits across your waist is approximately 20 in across.
