Maxi dressy dress

this dress is just darling doesn't fit me now, never wore it!!! black knit top off the shoulder frozen shoulder look.. no zipper comfy pull over the head.. long beautiful vibrant color skirt in like a lightweight nylon material . from shoulder to hem approximately 48 in. bought it at a boutique in Florida does not have the label who made it ?and I took the tags off but never wore it! It is really pretty...
