Maxi skirt

I'm 5'1 and this skirt is really long on me. Would be good for someone around 5'3 or 5'4. It defiently runs big because this is a large and it's pretty lose on me. It can be worn high waisted or with the waist folded over. Any way you like really. There's 2 tiny holes in the back from when I cut the tag off but they aren't noticeable at all.
