Maxi trend, soft swinging skirt, chiffon like fabric, romantic

It’s a gorgeous skirt, still has the brand tag. It says M but the waist band is very soft so it will also fit a size L. Happy to send measurement. I throw the sweater in as it needs a little work but fits nicely to the skirt
