In EUC navy blue and the bottom has been custom altered to fit 5’3 with 3 inch heels. It can fit a 5’2 with heels or 5’6 with flats to low heel. This dress has been used once and needs to be dry cleaned. It does not have any stain or damages. The color is Navy blue, it’s sexy yet appropriate and hides the tummy area well.
