May Queen Dress

Brand new dress, only worn for 3 hours and is in brand new condition like it’s never been worn. Royal blue, right above the knee dress. Flowy chiffon fabric all throughout with a satin layer underneath. Has crystal beading in the mid section of the dress. No missing pieces. Could be worn with straps or even strapless. Also comes with a sheer chiffon shall with beading at the ends of it.
