Mayoral from Spain women’s small

This is a brand new dress from a mayoral. I purchased it when buying for my store. It is a Tween size 18 which translates to about a size 4 in women’s. This dress is suppose to fit a little loose and roomy. The detail and quality of this dress is outstanding. It has never been worn but tags have been removed. Tag says t 18 but again fits like a women’s 4. Length from shoulder/top to bottom of dress is about 34 1/2 inches.
