McCoy Pottery Canister with Lid Fruit Festival Nuts and Grapes Fall Canister USA

This pottery canisters pattern is "Fruit Festival" by McCoy, marked "253". In 1974 Lancaster Colony Corporation (LLC) purchased McCoy pottery. Which is why this canister has both a McCoy and LLC makers mark. The company changed hands again in 1984. I believe this canister was made somewhere in that time frame (1974-1985). • Description: This canister is shaped like a vintage milk jug with a lid. It has a brown dipped look. The front it features red and green leaves, green grapes, and walnuts. A perfect fall canister. • Condition: This vintage canister is in good overall condition. There are no cracks or crazing. There is a small chip on the bottom of the canister, shown in the last picture with a pencil. There is also a small spot on the lid, I believe this happened in the production process. This is pointed out in the second to last picture with a pencil. • Dimensions: - Height: 8.5” with the lid / 7.5" with out - Width (mouth): 3.5” - Base: 5" • Care: Wash with soap and warm water.
