McDougal white dress

This is a size 2 that has been altered. I got this after so I'm not sure what all has been done and I don't have pictures of it with my daughter in it at the time because she was a little to thick to fit in it at the time. But she was 9 when I got the dress. The measurements flat are 16 in in the chest. The arms sitting off shoulders is 16 1/2 waist is 12 1/2 and the length is 56 1/2. You have no give in this dress.
