cherryblast @xenalli omg Carmen! That's amazing! I am so proud of you! I have considered doing GB, but am not sure I'd be a candidate because of my OCD. I'm afraid I'd still eat afterwards. I eat because of this disorder not because I'm hungry you see. So, I'm scared. You look amazing. And I am sooo proud!

christinaamg I know , it's been two years for her and she still eats very little. She was very sick initially but after a few months things got better. I'm glad she did it. Kudos to you as well, keep it up, i know you feel great and you should!

alton1015 Im greedy with no self control....Im 46 and i know i have to exercise...i have cut back on the sweets (my down fall) I just got to get moving. You look great, good job and keep up the good work!

xenalli @alton1015 I'm greedy too. Chocolate it's my weakness, but the surgery really prevents me from eating a lot. I feel like I eat a lot but I really don't. I went from 300+ pounds I think I was like 315, now I'm 185, haven't loose anymore since June.... I need to loose 20 more pounds. I have lot of loose skin. But I can deal with that.... Chocolate!!!!!! 🍫🍩🍮 yum.....

alton1015 Lol I hear you!!! I wanna lose the 20lbs, Im having a tummy tuck in April, I realized that at my age my stomcah isnt going away (it isnt that bad) but I want to wear dresses thats fitted and I dont do support garments lol, to tight and i cant stand anything tight lol, so Im gonna put forth the effort to lose the 20lbs by March

xenalli @alton1015 you can definitely do it. Do protein shakes for break fast, then also for lunch. Have healthy snack in between and for dinner a protein like a meat and veggies. And LOTS of water like 64 oz a day and no soda !!!
