New without tags. Crew neck, fit and flare dress by Meadow Rue with cap sleeves and slip. Beautiful fabric in shades of green with blue and green stripes and yellow dots. Decorative eyelet design in front, on sleeves and on the skirt. Drawstring at waist. About 34” from shoulder to hem. Never worn. No imperfections. Non smoking home.
