Super cute Meadow Rue dress from Anthropologie. It’s a dark Navy blue and has 2 pockets in the front, a scoop neckline, short sleeves and a twisted half belt in the front. The fabric is very soft and stretchy. In very good used condition..I only wore this a couple times. Smoke and pet free home.
