๐ One dish meal ๐
Ingredients - salmon, asparagus, broccoli, lemons, olive oil, real butter, and seasonings of your choice. I prepare using all fresh ingredients. I wash and clean all meat and veggies. I cut the ends off veggies prior to washing. In a bowl, I bathe them in seasoning and Olive oil. I slice lemons ๐ and remove seeds. I layer the bottom of the casserole dish in sliced lemons, than asparagus. I take my seasoned salmon and layer on top of asparagus. I like to use Old Bay as one of my seasonings ๐ I add broccoli ๐ฅฆ in any space available. I take about one stick of real butter, (I prefer Challenge butter ๐) and crumble over the entire dish. Take one of your lemons and squeeze across the entire dish as well. Bake covered on 400 degrees for about 30-45 minutes, until desired likeness.
