*I have this listed as a mini dress due to length but could be easily worn as a tunic. there are 2 spaghetti straps on each side. all 4 straps together can be adjusted. the front is deep V neckline. around thw neckline and across the empire waistline is a an embroidery abstract leaf and flower motif in a white color. across the back at the wnd of the straps you aee the material gathers about 2 inches. here there is elastic to give you wiggle room. this skirt portion then flares out. again I have this listed as a mini dress but since the straps arw adjustable it couls be worn as a tunic. no sleeves. there is a string on the brand logo. I listed this as pre-owned because I don't know for sure if brand new. the main color is a lake water blue color. the material also has a wrinkled look to it which it is made that way. this could show shadows and outlines in some lights. found no issues or flaws. smoke-free home and pet friendly home. measurements in pictures. measurements laying flat with no stretch.
