Size 10/12 Vintage Countess Black Blouse with Gray & White Flowers, Ruffle Neck Good vintage condition. The elastic at the left wrist has lost much of it's stretch. Should not matter with the style. No size tag but based on measurements I'd say is a medium or large Nice features - Rich black color with cute gray and white flowers and white swirllies - Slinky type fabric - smooth and has just a bit of sheen - Ruffle neck with tie front - Yoke style with gentle gathering at chest and back - Button Down - Long sleeves with a bit of gentle elastic at the wrists to form a natural ruffle. Left wrist elastic is almost shot - nice shape - deeply notched side hems No fabric tab but seems like Polyester. Across chest 21” Across waist 20” Base of back collar to hem 24” My notes - GK (for ABBA) - under 1 lb in padded envelope
