Medallion Necklace (sterling?)

This looks and acts like sterling silver, but I cannot find any marks. Regardless, it's a great piece. The pendant is a domed medallion-look with an etched design. The chain is 20" long and has fairly small, plain links. Everything shined up well and there are no issues. Nice vintage necklace in great condition.
