Medecine Douce Paris necklace - purchased from Anthropologie

This is a necklace purchased quite some time ago from Anthropologie when they had a little less generic variety (a better selection) of jewelry and I just never wear it. I’ve kept it because I am a ladybug girl, but I’ve decided I need to let go of the things that I don’t use. I’ve probably used it twice and it’s gotta be about 15 years old. I believe it’s brass on an adjustable chain. Both charms move on the chain. Length is 16.25 - 20.25”. No defects or issues.
