These shoulder bags are based on the U.S. Army M3 Combat Lifesaver bag design. Medics would carry the M3 bag which would contain equipment such as a tourniquet, dressing, and a stim-pack (not included). This bag features three fold out compartments with a stamped U.S. Medic emblem on the front. The design of this bag was crafted to allow quick and easy access to the three compartments. A snap dome releases the lid and the the zipped compartments fold out. The shoulder strap can be adjusted in length or removed completely using the clips on the sides.
