White & Blue Embroidered Dress with Deep-V Tied Neckline Beautiful dress in lightweight flowy material. It would make a great beach cover-up or a sexy summer dress. I purchased this with tags removed. I would say it’s a size small. One small flaw, seen in the photos. It’s a black mark of some sort.
