I’ve never seen anything like this before so I have a question….may be silly. The way I’m understanding this is that it turns oil paint into water color paint….is that what it’s for?

@sydney1969 No, this acts like a solvent so the oil paints can be water miscible, and doesn't give you a hard time to clean the brushes. As well you can use it as a brush cleaner.
