NORTH FACE Women's Apex Bionic Black Softshell Windwall Jacket Size Medium Good condition except the bottom adjustable sting is not looped. Please see picture. It doesn’t have anything to do with tightening the jacket on the bottom. It still adjusts. Can be cut if you wanted to if purchased it was in the way but I have not done anything to it for the reason of the buyer being able to make the choice.
