Reposhing these. They’re great but I mostly bought to try on for size. They are worn but not much, very few imperfections or signs of wear. Heels are even, and leather is just slightly distressed at the points of articulation. There is a barely noticeable mark at the back of the right boot, that I tried to capture in a photo. I typically wear an 11.5, and I have somewhat narrow feet. These fit well, and were comfortable for an extended walk. They are a bit narrow in the toe box, but they aren’t really broken in. The heel feels relatively secure but not “locked in” (again, I have narrower feet). I wore them with medium thickness wool socks and found them to be quite pleasant, almost like they hugged my foot. They are the hiro last in 10.5UK, so they fit a US size 11.5 and I would probably not size up or down. I would keep them but I’m hoping to snag a waxy commander Chelsea with lugs.
