@thisismarybeth- Hi Marybeth. I received the Coach lipstick holder & actually sent to emails to PM, but haven't heard back.. The top of the box was smushed & saturated w/water. Since the item wasn't packaged in anything else?- It was wet & waterdamaged. I've been letting it dry. I took pictures, but I don't know how to get them to you.
