Doryjo is it Posh etiquette to make an offer after someone “likes”one of your items? One it seems pushy to me and two, I do not want to make an offer by lowering my price. Just curious on your thoughts or views.

@jvl554 um I wouldnt say a standard..many people do but it's not required. Many ppl will like ur items and save them until they are ready to buy, like me. Some ppl will make an offer if they really want it right away. Another option is to share their like to a bundle... that way u can offer 10% off without an added deduction for shipping. Just keep in mind though, some people just need the prompting ..and that offer will seal the deal. Ultimately, it is ur choice😁

@jvl554 it depends on the item but no I dont automatically offer...I try to automatically share though! Lol! When I offer, I offer 10% to all. When I know all have had a 10% offer then I'll do 20% but wont until all the likes have used up 10%. 30% is just too much for me on most of my items but I do it on some not much. We have to make money ya know...$2 or $3 earned just isnt enough for the effort. I make earnings a $5 minimum...unless it's something small like jewelry or beanies

@jvl554 Anytime! One thing to remember...make the clothes look nice! Design ur "store window" and lighting is good too. People want to see what they are really getting and how it may look on. If u have dark photos and wrinkles people may like the item but wonder about its care or lasting ability.

@jvl554 yeah...many a great items can be found on the clearance racks if Macy's and Dillard and tj max or Nordstrom...otherwise sign up to get promotion emails for sales so u can go online when they are having one. YouTube videos can tell u what brands to look for and profit margins you should be looking at as well

What about a dress form? Do you think that will help presenting the clothes better?

@jvl554 Like a manikin? Yes, they help with form so people know how things sit. I do find that it is more efficient. When I buy, I like to know the form and how it will sit. the items sit longer in my likes if I am curious about what I am getting
