frockexchange @soarchambers oh no! I'm so sorry it didn't work out! 😔 I tried to do a little research and returning it off poshmark is still considered a transaction off of poshmark and my account could be closed. But, if you try emailing poshmark they may be able help and issue a return?

frockexchange @malikhalo when you open the poshmark app at the bottom right corner there is an icon with your user name. When you click that it will open a list of things. Go to "MY BALANCE" and then "REDEEM" and you will have options to transfer to your bank account from there. The funds for each sale will be available when the buyer accepts the item or three days after its delivered (whichever comes first).

frockexchange @tinaaschina when you go to the bottom right corner of poshmark, open that, the icon that takes you to your dashboard. Then in that list that pops up you should have one that says "My Payment Methods" and you can add a payment method there.

frockexchange @tinaaschina I'm sorry it's still not going through. It could be that your cars was entered wrong when you updated or maybe it expired. Being the first of the month, maybe it expired at the end of January. I've had that happen where my new one didn't arrive and I didn't notice mine expired until I was at a cash register trying to use it lol

frockexchange @tinaaschina if you want to try changing it again. I can try to use the "download new label" feature and see if it updates. Make sure it's you're shipping address you're changing. (I can't recall if there is an area for billing address or not).
