I don't frequent posh as much so I wasn't sure how secure the sale would be with someone who wasn't able to purchase through the site. I signed up on mer right after she mentioned that. carolina007 @misssarahdreher it's gonna be almost 2 week and haven't received a tracking # according to the status it's waiting to be scanned still. Has it been shipped at all. I need to know because I will be moving and out of this address by September 16. I didn't think it would take this long

misssarahdreher @carolina007 @carolina007 Again, I'm so sorry you have had to wait. You made the purchase a week ago, and I mailed it within the 5 days required by Poshmark. I dropped my package in the mail Monday at noon. It really concerns me that there is no record of a scan yet. I will be contacting Poshmark now.

misssarahdreher @carolina007 The package should have been scanned Monday. So just like you, I am concerned as to why there is no scan showing yet. I have contacted Poshmark to see how they can help. I will contact the mail room I use to ship tomorrow when they open up. I'm sorry for your trouble, I have not run into trouble like this in the past.

misssarahdreher @carolina007 I received a reply from them at 4:00pm. They needed a little more information to look into why the package hadn't been scanned yet. I will continue to keep you posted as I hear anything. Again, I'm sorry for the trouble, I have not experienced this issue before.

misssarahdreher @carolina007 I received a response from Poshmark today AND a notification of scan on the package. Here was Poshmark's response. I'm hoping that this was just a delay in the USPS system and the package arrives before you have to leave. I am truly sorry for all the trouble. 1. There is delay with USPS and the tracking will be updated after a few days 2. The wrong label is used for the package, i.e. an older label or non-Poshmark label 3. The package has been misplaced by USPS

misssarahdreher @carolina007 hello there. Your package finally arrived at the wrong location. I actually looked back and the email generated to me after your purchase had the wrong shipping label. Poshmark is issuing a new label so it can be sent to you, however, you mentioned you were moving. Can you be sure your mailing address is updated in your account? I want to make sure they issue a label to the correct address. Thank you for your patience.

I turned in the keys of my last condominium yesterday and was thinking of driving there for the rest of the week to check if the package came in before opting to cancel. I updated my info already and hopefully it won't take long to receive it this time. Thank you again for checking up and tracking the status of the package.

julieaniela @carolina007 Sorry! I just put the label on it and put it in the mail. I could email you a picture of the pdf that Poshmark sent me as proof? Sorry I did the best I could as the middle man! Hope you either get it or get your money back. I feel really bad!

carolina007 @julieaniela don't worry! It wasn't your responsibility. I wish I would had been able to track it to have address it with Poshmark or the post office to track it closely but at this point all I can do is go to my old post office and see what happened.

misssarahdreher @carolina007 The tracking number @julieaniela gave me says it was delivered to your address on 9/29. The tracking number is 9405510899359319885773. Maybe take a look and make sure that is all your correct information. Poshmark did refund you right? I still want you to get this package, but I just want to be sure you aren’t out the money still.

carolina007 @misssarahdreher I contacted Poshmar after tracking the package. I addressed my main concern which is help to still try and receive the item I have patiently waited for over a month since it was sent to the wrong person. I asked them to track the package and why was it sent to a old address or why a printed label of a old address was sent, specially since I updated my information immediately upon your request as in the comment box to make sure it gets to the right and updated address.

carolina007 @misssarahdreher All my information was updated immediately since I have received all my other packages. I had no updates to track the package my self to at least drive to my old place to pick it up. It's the weekend I can't contact the post office to ask them why there were any deliveries to a forwarding address as well.
