chanellylove Thank you!! And it wasn't too hard, what you eat is the biggest part of losing weight (: So I didn't drink anything except water or tea without sugar, and ate clean (healthy foods). But I had a treat day every week c: I also did the 30 day shred by Jillian Michaels and 20 minutes of HIIT workouts, 5 days a week. You can find both on YouTube! I lost about 3 pounds a week @mastergiselle
