ydavidson 10 year breast cancer survivor and PCOS struggles! I have such a hard time living with PCOS. The ups and downs. The weight loss than gain. Hair growth! And patchy black skin on the back of neck i hide with my long hair. I feel so ugly. My doctor has me taking birth control with the spiroloctaone. Do you have any pointers that may make things easier for me?

ravendeaira_ @ydavidson you are SO strong and beautiful! I want you to believe and receive that into your soul! That's first! PCOS can be so ugly to us. I still struggle with losing weight. Birth control actually did more harm than good for me. I've only made progress by changing my entire diet which is a huge huge commitment! The biggest thing that I cut out that helped with hair growth, dandruff & skin issues was dairy.
