iliag5 @evdav216: Aww thanks dear. Well let me know when you get there ;) As far as workout goes. I do tons of calisthenics (pushups, dips etc) work them everyother day. Also, search Zuzka Light. She is on youtube & FB. She is AMAZING. She will def keep you in shape. Abs: i do not eat much carbs. I have a smoothie for dinner versus a meal. My diet is very high in protein =) hope this helps.

iliag5 @ehopie thanks so much ! I do tons of push-ups to start my workout, the ropes until I can't. And most importantly side lateral delt raises. It is key to tone up your delts. Also car drivers. I love to workout however diet is 80% i try eating my carbs before noon, also dinner dinner dinner it is so crucial. I have fruit smoothie with protein powder(Jay Robb) for dinner. Just remember this quote " www.m.webmd.com/.../features/the-big-b... You've heard it before: Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a pauper" As fat as working out! Look up "Zuzka Light" and or "Body Rock" They both have an FB page She is awesome and since you have a little one, she does a lot of home workout" Hope this helps dear and good luck 😊
