Hi, My name is Cerina & I’m retired Marine Corps Veteran. I recently established The Adorned Locket LLC in January 2022 in good ol North Carolina. I’m married, have two kids, and two dogs. I'm upset but know that PM will refund me, it's just an inconvenience though. I won't buy from her again but also read in another listing of hers that her grandma buys from estate sales and if she bought these too, then she was ripped off as well. So please be careful out there!

adornedlocket @radiohead77 I hope you've also opened the case on her, this will help the both of us get our refund and shut her down. If she is lying, god help her because I will give her an earful. I know that PM takes the returns seriously when the items are misrepresented and counterfeit is a huge thing. I did get an immediate response so far from PM but have to wait for them to further research and send me a return label. I'm so glad I took them in today to the jewler because he pulled out the same counterfeit stuff right in front of me! I was in such disgust too! I love my gold and try to buy from lots of folks on here but not I'm kind of discouraged.

adornedlocket @floridanena @jaxsonalec she's good about getting back to people, however a situation may have arised as I haven't spoken with her in a long time to where I'm sure she will take care of you as soon as she's able. Last resort is always the 7 day period to cancel an order through posh as well. :)

floridanena No, I do not want to cancel. I love the dress I purchased from her, and I can wait, but I am concerned Posh will cancel if she does not respond. When I read your post, which I do not know if it is current, I thought how small of me to worry about a dress when she could be injured. It put things into perspective. I do not mean to involve others in this, but since I had had no response, when I read your message I realized there may be a reason, and a way to let her know I wish her well.
