If you go to the tab called "purchases" (it's under the profile section - the icon of a person in the bottom right on the app, the top right corner on desktop) and click on your order, there's an option to accept your order. Once you accept it (which will happen automatically after 3 days, so don't worry if you can't find it) the purchase is final, payment is released to the seller, and you'll have the option to rate the person who sold it to you.
