jsulier Hello I purchased three items from you recently one of which was a pair of Steve Madden leopard print heels I didn't know whether to come to you directly or through Poshmark but the one shoe is notably bigger and I'm unable to wear them I don't know if you want to return them thru Poshmark or do something directly so as not to affect your ratings ... I absolutely love the other two items they're stunning and in beautiful condition just let me know what you would like me to do thank you Jenny

kzamp @jsulier Hello - thank you so much for reaching out directly. The shoes were bought as a pair and are the same size, so i am not sure why one would fit larger than the other. Unfortunately, there is nothing i can do, so you would need to go through Poshmark. I am so glad you love the other two items! Sorry again that the shoes did not work out for you. kzamp @threadbun ugh, so sorry that happened, that is the worst! Is it the Madewell sweater in your closet? I will keep my eyes open for it. Is there a style number on the tag? I would suggest using the filters to search...brand/style/color. Also try using the search bar using generic descriptions...someone may have listed it without the actual style name/and just a basic description of the listing.

threadbun @kzamp yes! It’s called the Aimee sweater and it’s from the collaboration they did with Alexa Chung. I just bought it on poshmark this week and shrank it before I even had a chance to wear it 😭😭😭 and I’m METICULOUS about my sweaters, I just got distracted on the phone with a friend. A Sad, sad day. Thank you for your help!
