lexiscloset33 I just received your 4 Star rating from the purchase of the Sam Edelman Sandals. The sandals retail for Over $120 and I accepted a $28 offer from you, which I think was extremely fair. I stated that they were Gently Loved, which they were. I feel your comments are exaggerated and very uncharacteristic of a Posh Ambassador. The mark you refer to had not been seen by me and I’m always very careful. From one to another, I would hope that no one will do this to you.

lovedloftnmore @lexiscloset33 I have been selling for over a year now and have learned from unintentional mistakes. Even with careful inspection, I have also been through this. Not to be taken personally, but this is all a learning curve. It’s not exaggerated, but if the sandals are tilted at an angle, there is definitely a marking/stain on them. We all want to make our buyers have an excellent experience & the great news is that we can learn from this. 😊
