soheir97 Hello Jess! My name is Soheir, the purchaser of the black Moxi skates in 2021. I love my skates very much so thank you so much for making that dream come true! Recently the left plate broke and (for warranty purposes) the manufacturer is asking for the original receipt/order number for when it was originally purchased. Can you advise the best way to reach you to sort this out as I would really appreciate your help here 💯

I do remember your purchase of the skates, and I am really sorry to hear that the plates came off!!! 😭Unfortunately, I do not have a receipt or manufacturer number as the skates were purchased off of e b a y and not through the Moxi Skates website officially and nothing was provided to me at the time of purchase.

ftlo_studios @soheir97 I did however look at their warranty and from my understanding, any parts of the skates would not be covered under their warranty if the skates were purchased elsewhere (not on their site) or if it is over 6 months of use 😭. I’m quite surprised that this is their warranty policy. I’m so sorry for this inconvenience. Please let me know if I can help in any capacity!
