fccandles @mrsfrisbee that happened to me after I got married (18 yrs ago) I did weight watchers and dropped 20 lbs. kept it off this whole time. I swear by it👍

mrsfrisbee @fccandles wow that's impressive! And encouraging! My current problem is an aversion to exercise but I've come to accept that I have no choice with age and my body type!

fccandles @mrsfrisbee I'm 48 and had 4 surgeries on my hip , 1 was a hip replacement...I had a total aversion to exercise until I tried Zumba . My class is not a crazy video jump around one, but if you want to you can. It's so much fun, you don't realize you're even exercising. It's done wonders for me!!
