loves2shopalot @simonelari Hi - I made my first sale and am getting an error when I try to enter my address. I can't get a shipping label until it's entered and I've contacted support twice but haven't had any luck. Do you have any ideas? I hope to mail the jacket I sold by tomorrow. Thx!

simonelari @loves2shopalot hi! When did you contact support? They usually take 24-48 hours to reply. They would have the best advice. What’s wrong with your address? Any abbreviations, misspellings, etc?

loves2shopalot @simonelari I contacted support this morning. I've tried my address numerous times and I don't see any misspellings, etc. The DOB field is odd also. It does not let me enter the year. Maybe that Is not an issue tho. I can't figure out how to contact the buyer to let her know I can't mail it yet. Sorry! First time!

simonelari @loves2shopalot Go to my sales to find the buyer's name. You can leave a message/comment for them on the listing for the item they purchased, just make sure you tag them with the @ sign. Are you entering the DOB right? Like the order of month, day, year that is specified? and the right amount of digits?

loves2shopalot @simonelari Thanks. I'll try to contact her. Re: the DOB, the calendar pops up automatically and I have no choice as to what year to enter. I'm really not computer illiterate so I'm not sure why I'm having issues! Thx for helping!

simonelari @loves2shopalot If its not asking you for the year, it isn't needed so don't try to enter it. Its probably irrelevant.

loves2shopalot @simonelari Thanks again for the help. I haven't heard anything yet from support and I can't figure out how I am entering my DOB or address incorrectly. Do you think I should just wait? My item sold early yesterday morning and I contacted support at about 8am yesterday, I think. Sorry to bother you. Is there someone else I should contact? Thanks again.
