Someone altered it so I'm returning it to it's natural beauty:) that's my style! I'm currently obsessed with brocade. I found a gorgeous red one from the late 50s. I love it! I so find lots of 70s and if I wont wear it I put it in here:)

mvintagebells @resale4you hello! I look at tags and zippers:) If it has sizing in S-xl then it is usually retro and no earlier than the 80s. Of course some 80s to modern pieces have numeric sizing. A heavy metal zipper will mark a vintage piece and so will care instructions. It was not mandatory to put care instructions on a garment until the 70s. Hope that helps You have some wonderful kids clothes!!
